8ply yarn (used 4 Seasons Marvel) in green and red, 2mm needles, cable needle, tapestry needle, stitch holder or extra needle
Abbreviations:
K- knit p - purl st/s - stitch/es stst - stocking stitch inc1 - increase 1 by knitting into front and back of the same stitch k2tog - knit 2 sts together
sl1/2 - slip 1/2 sts without knitting C4B - slip 2 sts onto the cable needle and hold in the back, k2, k2 from cable needle psso - pull slipped st over
Test square:
8sts and 10 rows stocking stitch = 2.5 x 2.5cm
To fit: 29cm fashion doll with modern standard body like Barbie or similar fashion dolls
Dress
With green cast on 30sts
Row 1: 1x1 rib
Rows 2 - 21: stst
Row 22: k6, k2tog, k14, k2tog, k6 (28sts)
Rows 23 - 31: stst
Row 32: k6, inc1, k14, inc1, k6 (30sts)
Rows 33 - 37: stst
Row 38: k14, sl2, k14
Row 39: p14, sl2, p14
Repeat rows 38 & 39 twice more
Row 44: k6, cast off 3sts, k5, sl2, k5, cast off 3sts, k6
Row 45: k6, cast on 10sts, k12, cast on 10 sts, k6
Cast off
Sew back seam
Sweater
With red knit each piece and keep next to another on a separate needle
Sleeve
Cast on 14sts
1x1 rib 4 rows
Next row: inc1 st at beginning and end of row
Stst 27 rows
Next row: cast off 2sts, k to last sts, cast off 2
Place on needle
Front
Cast on 20sts
1x1 rib 2 rows
Row 3: k6, p2, k4, p2, k6
Row 4: p6, k2, p4, k2, p6
Row 5: k6, p2, C4B, p2, k6
Row 6: p6, k2, p4, k2, p6
Repeat rows 3 - 6 twice more
Next row: cast off 2 sts, k4, p2, k4, p2, k4, cast off 2sts
Place next to sleeve on needle
Sleeve
Same as sleeve 1
Place next to front on needle
Back
Cast on 20sts
1x1 rib 2 rows
Stst 12 rows
Next row: cast off 2 sts, k to end
Now purl over all the pieces:

Now begin the raglan shaping
