PDF pattern

Materials:

8ply yarn (used 4 Seasons Marvel acrylic) 2mm needles, tapestry needle, stitch holder 

Test square:

8ply and 2mm needles

Cast on 8sts and stst 10 rows = 2.5 x 2.5cm

Abbreviations: 

K - knit p - purl sts - stitches stst - stocking stitch inc1 - knit into front and back of the same stitch k2tog - knit 2 sts together C1/2 - colour 1/2 

To fit: 30cm male fashion doll with modern standard body 

Shirt

Used 4 Seasons Marvel in blue (C1)with a matching verigated yarn (C2)

With C1 cast on 20sts

Garter st 6 rows

Change to C2 and stst 30 rows

Change to C1, garter st and cast on 10 sts at beginning of next two rows (40sts)

Garter st 10 rows

Now cast off for neck: k14, cast off 12sts, k14

On the first 14sts, garter st 7 rows

Keep these sts on a holder

Rejoin yarn to other 14sts and garter st 7 rows

Next row: k14, cast on 12sts, k over 14sts on holder

Garter st 10 rows

Cast off 10sts at beginning of next two rows (30sts)

Change to C2 and stst 30 rows

Change to C1 and garter st 6 rows

Cast off

Sew arm and side seams. Dress from top.  

Shorts

Used 4 Seasons Stallion acrylic 8ply yarn in grey

Pockets (make 2 opsional)

Cast on 10 sts 

1x1 rib 1 row

Stst 10 rows

Cast off

Begin with one leg and cast on 21 sts

1x1 rib 1 row

Stst 26 rows

Cast off 2sts at beginning of next two rows 

Keep stst on holder or seperate needle and knit another leg the same. 

Now knit over both legs (34sts)

Stst 9 rows

1x1 rib 3 rows

Cast off in rib pattern

Sew pockets to legs. Sew crotch, back and leg seams

Test square:

8ply and 2mm needles

Used Lincraft Double knit 8ply acrylic 

Start with body and cast on 31sts

1x1 rib 1 row

Stst 6 rows

Row 8: k7, k2tog, k13, k2tog, k7 (29sts)

Stst 5 rows

Next row: k7, inc1, k13, inc1, k7 (31sts)

Stst 11 rows

Place sts on a spare needle

Frill 

Cast on 135sts

Row 1: p3, *k9, p3*, repeat *-*

Row 2: k3, *p9, k3*, repeat *-*

Row 3: p3, *sl1, k1, psso, k5, k2tog, p3*, repeat *-*

Row 4: k3, *p7, k3*, repeat *-*

Row 5: p3, *sl1, k1, psso, k3, k2tog, p3*, repeat *-*

Row 6: k3, *p5, k3*, repeat *-*

Row 7: p3, *sl1, k1, psso, k2tog, p3*, repeat *-*

Row 8: k3, *p3, k3*, repeat *-*

Row 9: p3, *sl1, k2tog, psso, p3*, repeat *-*

Row 10: k3, *p1, k3*, repeat *-*

Place frill in front of body and cast off as follow: cast off the first 8sts with the 3 needle bind off method, cast off 8sts from frill only, cast off 13 sts with the 3 needle bind off method, cast off 8sts from frill only, cast off 8sts with the 3 needle bind off method.

Sew frill. Sew back seam. 

3/4 pants

Used 4 Season Marvel 8ply acrylic 

Begin with 1 leg

Cast on 15sts

1x1 rib 1 row

Stst 12 rows

Next row: k1, inc1, k to last 2sts, inc1, k1 (17sts)

Stst 5 rows

Next row: k1, inc1, k to last 2sts, inc1, k1 (19sts)

Stst 9 rows

Cast off 2sts at beginning of next two rows (15sts)

Keep sts on holder or spare needle and knit another leg the same

Now knit over both legs (30sts)

Stst 7 rows

1x1 rib 3 rows

Cast off in rib pattern

Sew crotch, back and leg seams. 

Bag

I used 4 colours

C1 - light brown

C2 - Orange

C3 - Yellow

C4 - Green

With C1 cast on 30sts

Row1: k

Row 2: k1, (yo, k2tog) repeat across row, end with k1

Row 3: k

Row 4: p

Rows 5 & 6: stst with C2

Rows 7 & 8: stst with C3

Rows 9 & 10: stst with C4

Rows 11 & 12: stst with C1

Rows 13 &14: stst with C2

Rows 15 & 16: stst with C3 and cut

Rows 17 & 18: stst with C4 and cut

Rows 19 & 20: stst with C1 and cut

Continue with C2

Row 21: (k4, k2tog) across

Row 22: k

Row 23: (k3, k2tog) across

Row 24: k

Row 25: (k2, k2tog) across

Row 26: k

Row 27: (k1, k2tog) across

Row 28: k

Row 29: k2tog across

Thread yarn through sts, secure and sew seams

Handle

Make an i-cord of 18cm and attach to sides of bag

Make a drawstring to thread through the yo - holes.

Garter st 6 rows

Next row: (k3, k2tog) across row, end with k2 (58sts)

Garter st 5 rows

Next row: k2tog across (29sts)

Garter st 5 rows

Next row: (k2, k2tog) across, end with k1 (22sts)

Garter st 5 rows

Next row: (k1, k2tog) across, end with k1 (15sts)

Next row: k

Next row: k2tog across, end with k1 (8sts)

Thread yarn through remaining sts, secure and sew seam
