8ply yarn (Sean sheep, Heirloom, Marvel 4 Seasons) in colours of your choice, 2mm needles, tapestry needle
Test square:
8sts & 10 rows stst = 2.5cm block
Abbreviations:
K - knit p - purl sts - stitches stst - stocking stitch inc1 - knit into front and back of the same stitch k2tog - knit two stitches together
Size: 25 x 25cm when complete
For Purple blanket I made 4x light purple and for green I made 4x dark green
Cast on 12sts
Garter st 22 rows
Cast off
Square 2
For purple blanket I made 4x light pink and for green blanket I made 4x in sage green
Cast on 12 sts
Garter st 22 rows
Cast off
For purple blanket I made 4x light gray and for green I made 4x Breakfast blu
Cast on 12 sts
Row 1: (k2, p2) x3
Row 2: (k2, p2) x3
Row 3: (p2, k2) x3
Row 4: (p2, k2) x3
Repeat rows 1 - 4 another three times
Cast off
For purple blanket I made 4x verigated pink and for green I made 4x olive green
Cast on 12 sts
Stst 16 rows
Cast off
For Purple blanket I made 4x verigated purple and for green blanket I made 4x verigated green/blue
Cast on 12 sts
Stst 16 rows

Square 6 part1
For purple blanket I made 5x dark pink and for green blanket I made 5x white
Cast on 12sts
Stst 16 rows

Square 6 part 2
Sew Part 2 to middle of part 1 to complete square 6
For purple blanket I made 5x verigated purple and for green i made 5x light green

Row 6: inc1, k2, k2tog
Row 7: k

Cast off
Arrange your squares in a 5x5 block and sew them together
Top and bottom edge (opsional)
Cast on 60sts
Garter st 5 rows
Cast off
Side edge
Cast on 68sts
Garter st 5 rows

Sew bottom and top first then sides
