Sweet Honey (for curvy doll)

Materials:
8ply yarn (used Sean sheep acrylic and Woollen Mills Bendigo 100% wool) and 2mm needles, button, needle and thread and a tapestry needle for sewing seams

Abbreviations: 
k - knit      p - purl      sts - stitches     stst - stocking stitch     k2tog - (decrease) knit 2 stitches together    yo - yarn over     inc - increase by knitting into front and back of the same stitch    p2tog - (decrease) purl 2 stitches together

To fit: 11 inch fashion doll with the curvy body type

Test square: (please knit to make sure the clothes will fit) 
2.5 x 2.5 cm = 
Cast on 8 sts and stst 10 rows
(Really super fast to test. )

Shorts
Begin with one leg
I used Woollen Mills Bendigo 100% wool 
Cast on 30sts
1x1 rib 1 row
Start with a purl row and stst 9 rows
Cast off 2 sts at beginning of next two rows (26sts)
Cut wool, knit another leg But Do Not Cut wool this time
Now knit over both pieces (52sts)
Start with a purl row and stst 3 rows
Next row: k11, k2tog x2, k22, k2tog x2, k11
Next row: p
Next row: k10, k2tog x2, k20, k2tog x2, k10
Next row: p
Next row: k9, k2tog x2, k18, k2tog x2, k9
Next row: p8, p2tog x2, p16, p2tog x2, p8
Next row: k7, k2tog x2, k14, k2tog x2, k7 (32sts)
Next row: p
Next row: 1x1 rib
Next row: k1, yo, k2tog (buttonhole), 1x1 rib to end
Cast off in rib pattern
Sew crotch, leg seams and 3/4 of back seam. Sew a button opposite the buttonhole. 

Shirt
Main colour I used Sean Sheep Acrylic and off cuts for the picture. 
Cast on 20sts
1x1 rib 1 row
Begin with a purl row and stst 11 rows
Rows 13 - 21: stst if you want plain or you can knit as this chart:

Row 22: p
Row 23: cast on 6sts, k to end
Row 24: cast on 6sts, k2, p28, k2
Row 25: k
Row 26: k2, p28, k2
Repeat the last two rows another four times
Next row: k8, cast off 16sts, k8
Next row: k2, p6, cast on 16sts, p6, k2
Next row: k
Next row: k2, p28, k2
Repeat the last two rows another four times
Next row: cast off 6sts, k to end
Next row: cast off 6sts, p to end (20sts)
Stst 22 rows
Cast off in rib pattern
Darn away extra yarns  sew sides and sleeve seams.
