Cast on 35sts
1x1 rib 1 row
Stst 2 rows
Row 1: k16, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k16
Row 2: p
Row 3: k13, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k3, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k13
Row 4: p
Repeat rows 1 – 4 another 3 times
Repeat rows 1 & 2
Stst 2 rows
Next row: Cast off 8sts, k9, cast off 1, k9, cast off 8sts
Now knit the 2 sets of 9sts seperately:
Rejoin yarn and knit 24 rows
Cast off
Repeat for other 9sts
Sew back and neck. The neck can be rolled over as seen in picture
